I went to the legacy center to condition myself for track season and cross country so I went on the trend mill and put workout type as hill for 20 min. Them stairs for 10 min. (83 per min. Not that fast) then run 10 more min.

I went to legacy again and ran 30 min. Straight then another 10 then 10 min. On stairs then last 10 min. On the track.

I didn't get that much mileage but I did do a hard workout on the stair machine which was hills for 15min. But later at 7pm I play basketball.
