sorry I have not posted but Indoor sucked and today I know why I suck alot. I'm Iron Deficiency, so I going to act the result , so I can continue to get better this season and fail and put all my work to see results. last race was alpha Invite and got 5:18, hoping to PR this season after my Iron pills supplements and change of Diet and more4 focus on Diet becuase the 3 things to be sucessful in this sport is Training Hard, Sleeping Good and Dieting Well. Man Indoor track season has given me such sad state enough to affect my schooling life. getting A's from now not caring and appecting b's. But now I will turn my life around.!!
