| Today , we did a long run like usally and i decide to do the longest run I've ever done and do 10.01 last record was just 10 but now .01 better, at around a 8'07 pace.

| I did a AM run fir 3 miles at pace of 8'01 and later did workout at 3pm at was Threshold Repeats and did 6 of them for the duration of 5 min. I did probably .75 of more for each push and also 90 sec recovery but it was Rough in the edges Because this is our first team practice at 3pm. so we struggled in unity.

did 2 miles but later doing a workout of Negative Split Tempo Workout, I'm wanting to do 6 mile and 1 mile cool down to complete mileage today. Also I saw a Bat in my patio sleeping, it is pretty crazy because bats in Utah?! pace 8'17

Today we did our long run, and warmup i was tight as the chocolate on a dipped chocolate strawberry, but after warmup and we started to run 7'25 pace.

| WE did mile repeats today and 400m,300,200,100m speed run and it was hard for mile repeats I did 3 of them at 5'41, 5'44, 5'55 i was hurting like dog that can't fit his bone though the door.

| I woke up at 3;55 at the dot, to hike Timp, and I did hike Timp, climbed around 4000 elevation anf hike around 16 miles then later went on a run though the nieghborhood. It was hurting alittle running today but I'm living on the edge.

| Sorry did not update my last week , but now it's up, but long run and last of season of 2017 and wow it was hot!! it was 95 degrees in Utah! Man i was dehydrated but i made it and also mowed my lawn today and got two mesquite bites and 1 of them hurt bad. Running is the grind. Stay on the Edge of the curb or your gonna fall ( into asphalt) . next race is next week so train hard is goals.
