did 2 miles but later doing a workout of Negative Split Tempo Workout, I'm wanting to do 6 mile and 1 mile cool down to complete mileage today. Also I saw a Bat in my patio sleeping, it is pretty crazy because bats in Utah?! pace 8'17
did negative split Tempo for each mile , 7'00, 6'50, 6'40, 6'30, 6'20, 6'15
and after a 1mile mile cooldown, it was ahard workout.
