Getting Ready for the Race tomorrow, i ran 5.5 miles on a recovery run with my bro Ryan and Coach Dorton but he slow down becuase he ate a carl jr. burger for lunch that day. we did 5.5 miles then I did strides. Strides were 1x400M 2 mile pace so hit 80sec then 2x200M 1 mile pace so hit 36 and 35 sec. After I went to go Ice Bath With the track Squad, us 7 went by rope swings for 10 min.
