I woke up at 3;55 at the dot, to hike Timp, and I did hike Timp, climbed around 4000 elevation anf hike around 16 miles then later went on a run though the nieghborhood. It was hurting alittle running today but I'm living on the edge.
Just kidding hour of power , where we did a tempo run for a hour and I got 8.5 miles better I expected. after we roled out and ice bathed. shoutout to my boi Ryan Raff got 10.5 miles for hour of power.
