| I did 2 miles for warmup and then stetches then I raced the second heat for the 2 mile. I was the slowest time for my heat and the goal was sub 11 and try to be consisted. I crushed it with 1:22 or close every lap 2-6 and I finished in the middle and beat a Person from Skyridge, but then I celebrated with bleach bottoms UP! also cooldown boiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

| I ran 1.Ile warmup then started the race and paced around 6 flat bur first mile was a little fast then a slower a little having a 400m lead at 1.5 miles then I finished strong and next person to finish was 2 min. Later after me so I got a large gap. Also a cool down around 1.5 miles. Then around 2:05 I went on a distance run to finish off my mileage and well that was fun.... at 8 min. Mile pace. | I did run with my boi Ryan Raff we jumped a fence and cut ourselves, pushed a 5;30 in the middle of the run to catch up to ryan. wnd then i did 200m by 4 around 31 sec. the splits were 31, 30, 32, 31. also cooldown and abs. | Getting Ready for the Race tomorrow, i ran 5.5 miles on a recovery run with my bro Ryan and Coach Dorton but he slow down becuase he ate a carl jr. burger for lunch that day. we did 5.5 miles then I did strides. Strides were 1x400M 2 mile pace so hit 80sec then 2x200M 1 mile pace so hit 36 and 35 sec. After I went to go Ice Bath With the track Squad, us 7 went by rope swings for 10 min.

| I ran a 5:33 with a heart rate monitor and only 2 stride right and no warmup at 9ish for a mile. Later at 3pm I ran with Anna, Abby and Mason for 5.5 miles then strides for tomorrow race. The Last Race of the season, I ask coach if I could do A Decathlon, There was no reply.... well that only means one thing, First Decathlon Boy!!!!! also BTW the stride times were for 400M-70 seconds 2x200M times were 34, 33 seconds.

| Today was a cill day, I thought I was going to do The Fitness Gram Pacer Test but not. Also ran with a group of 5 with Ryan, Breckon, Micheal, Anna and Me lol jk. For 5 miles, I tryed out a speedometer and it said " SLOW DOWN" . that was pretty funny

| I raced in the Boys Medley 5A, and died, I pushed the first lap and got 62 sec. and tryed to keep it and died out at 600m mark and got around 74 secs for last lap. That was one of the worst races I've had, also I had a mild headache after the race. Comment if that is a sign of something or nothing at all. But So last race of the Season of track 2017 is Complete, hopefully I can Improve my Pr next season. TIme for X country Season!!!!!!!!

| Hey sorry it been along time but Today my b-day turn 8 jk lol, but i did a workout with Ryan Raff, Farleks time based so 2 min. push then half time to recover, so 2,8,5,2 it was fun. Plus today I was in Cafe Rio and saw Casey Clinger, it was pretty cool. Also my Shoes are turning 1 year old! so Exciting!!! Plus I'm somewhat retiring my puma's but i might once in awhile go on a run with them.

| Went on a run around 9:30am, and went on the new trail in lehi for me at least, it was pretty I saw Skyridgeboys runnimg on there too. Also saw some bikers too. Man I need to go on that trail also I'm naming that trail North Utah Lake Trail. The start of the trail is at North lake in Lehi 500 west 2000 south or around there.

| First run was in the morning and ran 4.6 miles first half all uphill then the last coming back is Gujarati smooth downhill, we made it to cross country camp and it was lit, my group got the best room out of the whole apartment. | today we did the real thing the racecwhoch was 3miles of all of uphill we climbed 1000 ft in elevation and it was rough like I had the thought to walk because it was one of the hardest races ever and man I'm so proud I finished then my night run around 5:00 pm we ran to Walmart which was 1.6 there plus going back. Man we are gonna icebath I brought 6$ of ice to be cool and stay chill also roll out was in awhile. Man i was dehydrated but i made it and also mowed my lawn today and got two mesquite bites and 1 of them hurt bad. Running is the grind. | I think I will be posting once a week now because of school and other distractions. But this week twice. Today did long run like usally but this week a down at 30mpw Like the peak of this season was 50(miles per week)mpw. But I'm going to have a rough training schedule for myself to mentally prepare for region, so I can get my team to state, or try to qualify individual for state. But today I usally and trying to do early morning planks and ab workout-ish with working my way up a 5 min. Plank again like I did back at last track season and started leg 6 in. Hold for 1 min. And also barely started to do side planks and some pushups, but nothing crazy in mornings yet, and also start calorie counting which is interesting I'm trying to get 3500 calories everday, and I have a race this week on Friday called salt lake invitional or something like that, I in the freshman/ sophomore race, try to get top 15 to get a medal or something because it would feel good to get rewarded after my hard training sessions. But I have 18 days til October 8th which is the region race and we as a team are in a tough spot trying to get into state as a team like at pre-region, we tempo for 2.5 miles and last 800M we tryed to race it last I got 20th overall and close race between my teammate brecken who got a 17:04 at the last race the byu race. I got 17:30, my plan for region is to keep with brecken and try to out kick him at region so we both can help the teams chances with state and if not I have a chance to race at state individual. Sorry for long post just want to rant about my thoughts. |

Tuesday Did a hill workout and was oxgen deprived the workout was 800m down hill 1000m down, 1000m up, 800m, 800m down. and I survived.
Wednesday I ran with Ryan Raff the man the legend on a trail in springville or something and I died the last mile I was hurting so bad I'd walked. 7 miles goal was 8.
Thursday Happy Thanksgiving, finally got recovery, I ran with my brother at 7'40 pace. It was very nice like a banana with whip cream on it.
Friday did a workout with the BOIs (RYAN RAFF, BRECKEN, MICHEAL, GAVIN) and anna... 2,2,4,6,6,4,2,2 track workout 2=200m**
Saturday Ran with Brecken and anna this trail was super hilly and I died mildly but not has hard as Wednesday. Fun coming back on that trail.

| I ran with Ryan, Anna, Brecken, Jackson, and Micheal at the begininng....
We sart off going east becuase today was extra windy, After a mile in Ryan Raff the man the legend had arch problems 4/5 days before NXN!! so he turn away and also jackson for some reason. We were not even fast unless 7'40 per mile is fast. then at 1.5miles Micheal turns becuase of a dental thing. So it's just Me and Brecken (anna too) btw it's still hecka windy like a train but pure air. We are press forward and then anna worst fear!!!!!! A D A W G!?!<> Wait??!! @ of them!!?!? Yes 2 dogs off chains or leash started to follow us. Brecken embraced the love for dogs by teasing them and anna just tryed to stay away as possible. The 2 dogs were friendly and had a owner too. the dogs follow us for 1.5 miles or more til we ran past there house and told them to stay like this "STAY!!". Today was an adventure. BTW FOOTLOCKER WEST REGIONAL is soon 3 days til leaving UT
